The flow

Goal, draft, review, enroll, sending.

01

Tell Hoku the goal and the audience

"Nurture new website leads over 30 days for first-time buyers." Hoku knows your brand voice from your Brand Kit. It writes 5 steps, each with a subject, an HTML body with a first-name merge field, and the right delay between sends so it does not feel like spam.

02

Review and tweak in the builder

Hoku drops its draft into a visual step builder. Edit any subject, body, or delay. Reorder steps with up and down arrows. Remove steps you do not need. Add steps Hoku did not think of. A Fair Housing and NAR compliance scanner flags risky phrases automatically so you do not ship something that gets you a complaint.

03

Enroll a smart list as subscribers

Pick any smart list, the ones you imported from a spreadsheet or any tag you have applied in your CRM. Every contact becomes a subscriber and step 1 fires per its delay schedule. Re-enrollment is idempotent: contacts already subscribed stay on whatever step they are on, no duplicates.

04

Hourly sends, gated by warmup

The send sweep runs hourly. Each due subscriber gets their next step. Sends respect the per-domain warmup cap that protects your sender reputation, so brand new domains ramp gradually from 50 sends a day to thousands over 4 weeks, all automatically. You never spam-flag yourself.

02

Why this matters

Drip campaigns are the lead-conversion lever every agent skips.

Every agent knows "follow up consistently" is the answer. Nobody does it, because writing 5 emails, scheduling them, building the audience, and gating deliverability is three afternoons of work. Most agents give up after step 2.

We collapsed the whole chain. Hoku writes the sequence in your voice. Smart lists already know who to send to. Warmup gating runs invisibly in the background. The drip campaigns your competitors are too busy to write are the ones you send tomorrow.

Consistency, automated

Send the follow-up you keep meaning to write.
