Real Estate Genie

Why Real Estate Genie

Twelve things no other platform combines.

We didn't build this as another CRM with a few extra features. We built it as a single platform for everything an agent does day to day. Here is what that actually means.

$576/mo average solo-agent savings vs the equivalent six-vendor stack

The differentiators

Twelve capabilities, itemized. Each one replaces a tool or a workaround.

01

Automated prospecting

Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly scans across many prospecting searches: absentee owners, high-equity holders, distressed and pre-foreclosure, just-sold farming, investor portfolios, days on market, seller map, market monitor, VA assumable, watchdog, and more. Results flow into your CRM color-coded by status. No other platform combines this many prospecting searches into scheduled saved searches.

Replaces dedicated prospecting tools (~$200/mo)

02

Owner skip trace, in your CRM

Integrated skip tracing pulls phone numbers and emails for property owners and writes them directly to the lead record. No CSV imports, no re-keying. Every plan comes with a monthly skip-trace allowance, with overage at $0.15 to $0.20 per skip. Standalone skip-trace vendors charge $0.20 to $1.00 per skip and still force you to copy results back into your CRM by hand.

Allowance bundled in every plan; up to 5x cheaper on overage

03

Twelve calculators built in

Mortgage, affordability, refinance, rent-vs-buy, investment ROI, fix-and-flip, cap rate, BRRRR, 1031 exchange, closing costs, net sheet, and rental property analyzer. Embedded in every property card and report. Most competitors include zero. A standalone mortgage-presentation tool runs roughly $45 a month and only does mortgage math.

04 Category of one

Hoku, the AI copilot on every page

Hoku drafts emails, generates reports, summarizes markets, researches properties, and surfaces opportunities. Unlimited usage in every plan, 24-hour session memory, 24 distinct action types. Most CRMs ship a basic chatbot or token-metered AI on premium tiers only.

05 Category of one

Visitor-side AI on your website

An AI agent runs on your public website, engages visitors, asks qualifying questions (timeline, financing, motivation), and routes hot leads to immediate notification. Captured data feeds straight to your CRM and is made available in the app for instant follow-up, comp pulls, and Hoku-drafted replies. The closest standalone tool runs $2,500 or more a month and isn't tuned for real estate.

06

Digital open house, automated follow-up

Generate a QR code per open house. Visitors scan, fill a structured form, and an email and SMS go out automatically with the flyer link. Fake emails and bogus phone numbers are filtered the moment they're entered, so the leads that land in your CRM are real ones tagged to the property. Hoku triggers nurture sequences from there. Standalone open-house sign-in apps charge $25 to $50 per agent a month for paper replacement only, with no automated outreach and no fake-contact filtering.

Replaces a standalone sign-in app plus the manual follow-up after

07

13-page seller report, five templates

Market analysis, comparable sales, neighborhood demographics, school data, pricing strategy, marketing plan, recent sales velocity, projected timeline, full CMA. Five branded templates (Editor, Archive, Noir, Terracotta, Blueprint). Generated in seconds. A standalone CMA tool delivers similar depth at $50 to $100 a month.

Replaces a standalone CMA tool (~$75/mo)

08 Manual workaround only on competitors

Nationwide hazard and parcel intelligence

Flood zones, wildfire and other hazard maps, parcel boundaries, ownership and tax records, and VA assumable loan search, all surfaced right on the property card. Most national platforms make you look up hazard and parcel data in separate government databases by hand.

09

Genie AVM, no per-call charge

Our proprietary ensemble AVM is built into the platform. Generates valuations instantly, included in every CMA and seller report. Competitors integrate with third-party AVM vendors at $1 to $5 per call. High-volume agents pay hundreds a month for AVM access alone.

Replaces standalone AVM access (~$100/mo)

10 Locked behind enterprise on most platforms

Agency dashboard with retention risk flags

Six tabs of broker-level visibility: pipeline, compliance, transaction stages, production metrics, and (uniquely) per-agent retention risk flags. Drill into any agent. Most CRMs show aggregate stats only, and full drilldown is locked behind enterprise tiers at $1,500 or more a month.

11

IDX website included in every plan

Every plan includes your own IDX-powered website at no extra charge: property search, an agent-branded site, a custom domain, mobile-responsive templates, and a 5-minute wizard setup. CRM-only competitors require separate IDX subscriptions starting at $200 a month, with separate vendors and renewal cycles.

Replaces a mid-tier IDX subscription (~$200/mo)

12 Structural pricing advantage

True flat-rate brokerage pricing

A flat monthly platform plan covers unlimited usage across the whole platform, so the effective per-agent rate falls as the brokerage grows. No competitor in our research offers true flat-rate brokerage pricing. Everyone else scales linearly with headcount.
