• Generate the reports, comps, and AI outputs you request.

5. Multiple Listing Service data

Access to MLS listing data is licensed per user. Your MLS credentials and the listing data you access are isolated to your account and are not shared with other users. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any MLS you access through the Service.

6. Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and scoped API credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Connected social accounts and publishing

When you connect a social media account (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google Business Profile), we access and store, scoped to your account, basic profile information (for example, account ID, display name, and profile picture) used to identify the connected account, and an access token used to publish content you create. We use this access only to publish content you explicitly submit, to your own connected accounts. We do not collect your followers' or audience data, post without your action, or use the access for advertising or unrelated analytics. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and isolated to your account. You can disconnect any account at any time from your account settings, which deletes the stored token, and you may also revoke access from the social platform's own settings.
