Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
When you start your trial we collect a credit card via Stripe, but it is not charged until day 15. On day 15 your subscription auto-charges at the plan price you picked. If you cancel any time before day 15 (one click from inside the app), your card is never charged.
Which plans include the free trial?
Solo, Solo Pro, and Team include a 14-day free trial. Large Team and Brokerage tiers are sales-led - schedule a call and we'll get you set up directly.
What is a 'skip trace'?
A skip trace looks up phone numbers and emails for property owners so you can reach out to potential sellers. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you only pay for what you use beyond that.
What counts as an 'AI generation'?
Each time the AI writes a property description, generates a CMA narrative, drafts an email, or produces a report section. Hoku chat messages, simple lookups, and search are not counted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not in our current pricing structure. All plans are monthly. We may add an annual option later for agents who want to lock in pricing - reach out if that matters to you.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside the app. Pro-rated to your billing date.
